From the looks we call those "Anaheim" they are one of the most mild from a heat
standpoint and are usually roasted over an open flame.

If I see well they are "friggitelli", so they shouldn't be hot.
    Am I right, Pandora?

Like to fry chiles all the time! But then I like chiles very much LOL!
Put them on a sandwich with mild cheese and toast the whole thing.
Can also roast chiles and then peel them, to use the flesh only.

If they were Anaheims (genetically degenerate NM green chiles) you'd have
to peel them after frying them.
