Looking for set of free weights - dumbells, bench and bar. 150 lbs
minimum. My gym is closing and need to work out in basement until I
find another gym.

than a new set would. Check out your local newspapers for garage sales
or under misc for sale - there are alot of weight sets collecting dust
in someones basement ;-)<<joni>>

spammage trappage: replace fishies_ with yahooI'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:

Totally off the track here, but....
My youngest son, when he was learning to count, told me one day that his
little friend counted wrong, like this : "One, two, thee..." and told me his
friend said "thee" because he couldn't say "free".Stephen
