  1. Hello All,

I am looking for some quick information, and hope that I might get some help!

Where can I find a good list of "free foods" that I can use to help satisfy the "munchies"?

    Mike

  2. Sorry you have to pay for them

It might help if you define "free". Carb-free? Fat-free? Cash-free?Sugar-free? or just snacks you
    can eat without spiking?

One thing that I discovered was fried pork rinds. No carbs at all, and plenty of protein. Alas, I
don't find them very enjoyable to eat. I had hoped I could develop enough of a taste for them to
replace potato chips, corn chips and such, but so far, it hasn't worked.

But as big a seller as pork rinds are, there must be plenty of people who like them. If that's
    you, then you're in luck.

  6. A lot depends on what food plan you're following.

Free for a low carber, would mean a big "payment" for a low fatter.
