If you don't have access to a card reader, some Jessops stores have machines for printing photos
directly from the cards. You could have a play about and see what photos there are on it.

Just a thought.

I'll always take help from wherever it comes:-)) Mostly freeserve works, in so far as I don't get
the problem of posts not transmitting, then going off in triplicate. I do however have a sneaky
feeling not all of other peoples posts get on to the freeserve server - there are gaps. Sorry about
my genuine ignorance on this subject, but for the uninitiated, what is a *proper* newsreader, and

My newsreader sometimes fails to shift stuff from the sent folder but never from the outbox.

I've not noticed any that matter. Those there are are usually spammers.

Anything but Micro$oft Outlook Express which is worth precisely what you paid for it. However if you
are happy with it that is fine. I refuse to use it as it is too damn clever by half and is a target
for all sorts of lowlifes who send stuff with malicious content looking to exploit loopholes in OE
to wreck your computer. The best antivirus software is a suspicious mind.

Anything but Micro$oft Outlook Express which is worth precisely what you paid for it.

There are a couple of freeware progs which come highly recommended: Gravity 2.5; FreeAgent
