  1. Is there something wrong with my forearm muscle or bone?

My forearm feels fine most of the time...but it hurts when I do heavy
    curls. (I know, I know, "Dont curl"😉

When I try curling (with a barbell) over 90lbs, my forearm hurts around
the middle of the arm - right in the middle between my elbow and wrist.
This happens, when I am approaching the midpoint of the lift.
When I assume is when the greatest "searing" force is on my forearm.

It feels like it is coming from the bone...could I have a
    semi-fracture?

But there is no pain any other time.
When I bench heavy, or do rows, pullups or deadlifts, no pain for any
    of those.

But I guess when curling a heavy weight the leverage is going against
    the bone.
When the forearm is perpendicular to the upper arm, that is when it
    hurts.

This has gone on as long as I can remember.

What could it be, and what should I do to correct this?

    Thanks

    You wish... ;-)

    Try en EZ-bar.

If that does not work, try dumbells, and rotate them in such a manner it
    feels comfortable.
Try hammer curls, and try close grip pullups/pulldowns, palms facing towards
    you.

But its not my wrist thats hurting.

I do DB Curls, and I dont go as heavy as barbell so it doesnt hurt.
But when I did it with 45lbs, it did feel uncomfortable.

I can do pullups with 90lbs strapped to my waist with no pain.
Like I said, it seems the pain is only when I curl....when the searing
    force is on my arm.

Where *exactly* does it hurt? Thumb side or pinky side? Near the
    elbow?

I think you may already have been given the right advice, but you just
don't understand *why* it's the right advice.

Your entire forearm will be at a different angle, not just the wrist.

Both, imagine you are curling, so your palms are facing upwards.
The pain goes from the thumb side to the pinky side.

    Near the elbow?

Nope....right in the middle of the forearm....between the elbow and
    wrist.
Measure the distance from your forearm to your wrist.
Lets say it is 12 inches...then it hurts 6 inches from the wrist, and 6
    from the elbow.

Could be...but the fact that it hurts right in the middle of
everywhere, makes me think it is a bone thing, cuz it only hurts when
the force is greatest on the bone (perpendicular to upper arm).

Forearm muscles feel fine when I deadlift or shrug heavy.
No pain in the wrists when I bench heavy or do pullups with weights,
    etc.

And when you went to your doctor he said?

lol, I have not gone to a doctor yet.

    My warped thinking is:

If its really broken, I would be in pain all the time.
If its just a stress fracture, then I should still feel pain other
    times.

I dont believe its a muscle injury, because I dont feel it when I grip
really hard (Deadlifts, shrugs and weight pullups)

Of course I have taken the last 3 weeks off from lifting, and will take
    another 1-2 weeks off.

Been focusing on brazilian jiu jitsu in the meantime.

I disagree 100% about the stress fracture. I had two stress fractures
in my foot. They never hurt except after running. I thouht it was
tendons, or bad shoes. Finally got an xray, two small fractures.

Now see I don't even know WTF a "gloryhole" is, you OTOH seem
    all-too-familiar with it's definition.
Now leave me alone, I see a pecker sticking through a hole in the
wall, so I'm going to be busy for awhile.
