I was kind of surprised to read through and see how many had missed that.
Sand Dabs (lightly breaded, hence the "sand" or so I'm told) are on the
menu at King's, or I probably would have missed it too 😉

Not according to their blurb about it - sultanas and raisins can be from the
same grapes, but sultanas use a different drying process... oh fugg it -
cut'n'pasted:

"Sultanas or "white raisins" are lighter in color, although they may be made
from the same grape varieties. They undergo a different drying process that
includes treating with sulfur dioxide to retain the golden color."
