  1. The other night, you folks inspired me to make fajitas. Tofu fajitas,
    so that may not count to some of you, but they were good. :-) Pics at

    And then this morning, I had a bit of an unconventional breakfast. I
    marinated cold cooked shrimp overnight in Thai sweet chili sauce, then
    served them as a salad over mangos. Light and yummy. Pics at

    Tonight's dinner was not nearly so glamorous. Elbow macaroni with
    cheap canned spaghetti sauce -- a childhood favorite that I still
    crave from time to time. Sauteed cabbage on the side, with salt and
    lots of pepper. It was lovely.

    Tomorrow, I think we need to eat leftovers. I almost never *have*
    leftovers, but I made way more fajitas than we needed, and then I
    turned those and way too many beans into way too much chili, so
    tomorrow's chili, probably for both lunch and dinner. Good thing James
    and I don't get tired of eating the same thing a few times in a row.
