I just don't buy it. It's a hoax, imho.

Embossing doesn't carve away material like the photos show. The best
chance of imprinting on food would be to use a branding iron, achieving
results markedly different then the photos.

The roller is a joke.

It may work on playdough but it won't work on food!

Embossing food is a big business on eBay. Just slap on the figure of
something, claim it's the anti-christ or something and voila, you got
thousands in the bank.
