I had a food alergy test done at a chinese herbalist, they came up with
lots that i should stay away from, in fact most of what i eat, i have
been suffering with IBS for a couple of years on and off. Tonight i
went to Sainsburys, and just looked at everything thinking "can i eat
that or not" im so confused........ so here goes, im alergic to Wheat
Yeast Eggs Milk Pasta Mushrooms Cucumber Tomatoes MSG Sugar Sorbitol
Milkshakes Ice cream a little shell fish Chocolate......... Ok so where
do i go from here, can anyone help please?
Sounds similar to my list. ;-)
I'm sensitive to anything made with wheat, and rice to a smaller degree,
as well as anything in the nightshade family (tomatoes, peppers,
potatoes) but I still eat small amounts of tomatoes as I love them so
much. I just take Xantac when I do eat them! <lol>
I've had IBS since I was 12 and learning about your food sensitivities
is the BEST treatment for you to feel better. I can empathize with you!
It can only improve your diet. Eat meat and hit the fresh and fresh
frozen produce at the market and live like that. It's not hard...
providing you know how to cook???
You just basically have to overhaul your dietary habits. It's not that
difficult in the long run.
Been there, done that!
Cheers!
