Folding non folding tyres

Fold it into three.

Hold the tyre in front of you, hands at quarter to three.
Push the top and bottom of the tyre away with head / knee, and bring
hands together - tyre adopts 'pringle' shape.
Cross over hands, and overlap top and bottom.

Fiddle around until you have a small circle, three tyres thick.

I can now bring my expensive studded tyres to Norway.

I never got the hang of that method - my technique is much less elegant,
generally involving the use of knees and chin, but with the same end
result.
