  1. I'm looking for a floor pump for my girl friend - she's small - probably around 90 lbs or so. Tried 2 different floor pumps and the most pressure she could get was around 95 psi and with that pretty much balancing on the handle with her feet off the ground. She probably would need either a small diameter cylinder or a 2 stage pump. Any suggestions. Thanks.

  2. try one of these; http://www.dotbike.com/Products/ProductsS17C42P1689.aspx

Use less air pressure. Why does she want a bike that bounces all over?

I had the same thought - if she's that small, I doubt there will be any significant improvement of anything with higher pressure.

  5. Besides all that, what's wrong with you helping her?!

  6. A great way to make someone hate cycling is to take someone that small and make them ride tires with inflation pressures that are way too high.
