  1. I did something silly yesterfay - drank a pint of lager. and I lost it
altogether and ate chocolate liquers for 30 mins.

terrible headache in the night - and 6 pounds heavier this morning.

  3. Last Saturday my wife wanted pizza for dinner. I will admit she didn't
have to twist my arm too hard as I hadn't had anything "normal" for
about a month and pizza sounded good.

Woke up the next morning with what felt like a hang over!

Right...it's just water weight.....and you can be rid of it in a day or two
if you're willing to submit to some pain.....like lowering carbs/calories
and doing some hard cardio and weight lifting....you can drain quickly if
you really want to.....but why bother? You know it's water weight so just
get back on plan and stay on plan...it will disappear. You don't freak out
if you really understand what's going on.

Funny thing about pizza. Used to be my favorite food (love it with
anchovies). There was pizza being offered at work yesterday for lunch.
I very briefly considered eating the pizza (primarily by harvesting the
toppings and leaving the crust), but instead I walked across the street
to a grocery store and bought some grilled chicken and an awesome salad
from a deli. Pizza just doesn't sound that good to me anymore.... I
gotta say it.... I LIKE BEING SKINNY!!!!!

It's all glycogen and water. ;-)
It'll go away in a few days if you behave......
