True, bike shops will sell you a tube or a patch kit but if the OP is too stupid to know that then he's probably riding a POS bike that's worth less than the cost of a new tube and should just get a whole new POS from wherever he got the first one.

Local bike shops sell tubes of most sizes and can reassure you about the right kind and even replace
them for you.

Stores like WalMart and KMart also sell tubes, but they tend to stock only 26-inch mountain bike
tubes and 27-inch road tubes with wider car-style valves, not tubes with the entirely different
presta valves found on most 700c touring tires and some mountain bikes.

On-line, www.performancebike.com and www.nashbar.com display and sell tubes for most bikes.

Any bike shop or x-Mart will have tubes. If it's a presta valve (the thin kind with the tip that
unscrews) though, you will have to go to a bike shop.
