Patrick's racing at De Ronde this weekend?

    Hey, Steven,

Alas, no -- my 51st-birthday celebration this past Easter Sunday was so
decadent, with massive infusions of strong drink and heaping platters of
deep fat, that I appear to have grown a third buttock (I'm telling the
press that it's the flu, but only the truth will do here on r.b.r.). The
good news is, this will make it harder for Uncle Sammy to figure out which
crease to attack come April 15.

    Cheers,

    Patrick O'Grady

You spend the first 3/4 of March bashing Julich, saying he won races

Now you predict the guy will win Flanders.

You need to "hold your line" better.

Show me ONE example of what you are talking about! Go back and reread
my posts. You must be refering to some other PRO's postings. My dislike
for Bobby J is on a much more personal level, and my posts reflect
that. Let me know if you still need more help.

  5. C.P.,

Exactly what is your beef with Julich, personal or otherwise?

Devolder will rage and fade. But that has little predictive worth
    anymore.

    Hincapie is expected in Roubaix.

He'll get out of a ditch to finish fourth behind Boonen.

    It depends.

It's likely that I was being sarcastic, but if Voeckler wins all of you
will laud my brilliance and insight.

Is it my memory going bad, or is this season worse than usual for
early season illness and accidents? The above is CA for waiting until
the injury reports came out and I swapped Boonen and Friere. Figuring
at 23 Boonen will shrug off the bruises enough to be designated last
    lead.
