    Take a look at this recipe, at least for flavor and method:

    I've made it with sea bass, red snapper, monkfish and walleye. It always
    turns out delicious. The key is to use fish which won't fall apart into
    annoying little pieces when cooked. I'm not sure about carp. You'll have to
    determine if it's appropriate.
