Congrats. I am always amazed at the rapidity of the changes,
particularly in feeling and shape and what not.
There are a lot of people around here who are dogmatically opposed to
the Advantage Bars. If you can eat them and don't have problems, don't
worry. Mileage has been know to vary.
I hope you are following the whole program, which would include the
vitamins and minerals, all the water, and some exercise. All of that
should help you continue with your progress.
When your loss slows (it will, because you have lost some water weight
in with your 10 lbs), try to remember the stuff you have noted here
(better than when you started, more energetic, etc). It is also helpful
to measure on multiple scales (not literally have multiple weight
scales). Track your measurements, your blood work, how your clothes
fit, energy level, etc. The more scales you can show success on, the
easier it is to recognize success.
Congrats and good luck going forward.

adverse effects from them.
Mommyof3 said:I just weiged myself today (the end of the first two weeks is on wed) and I
was down by 10 lbs so far! I am so thrilled that I got under the big 300
mark! I originally planned to just wait until wed to begin the weigh days,
but just was getting anxious to see if there were more results than just
judging by how I feel (which is definately much better than when I started).
I have so far been having far more energy, less head aches, less desire to
sleep, and much more satisfaction after a meal (on far less food). The
first few days, I felt like I could eat all day, but that is finally curbing
now and I feel far more satisfied. The Advantage bars got me over a major
hump on the feelings of lacking something. I will eat one or two a day, and
all of the cravings disappear. So, I feel like I am off to a good start...
