  1. Well I have now been in Canberra for 3 weeks and loving it. Today I got back into my normal routine of riding to work. No problems envisioned, easy 20km’s had tested the route on Saturdays ride.

Ok when I left this morning it was 4 degrees, again no problem I from experience I know that as I get into the ride things warm up. Then I get a flat on the way to work and loose 30min, good thing I had nothing plan for this morning.

Well 10kg’s to go and hopefully will get to do my first race later this year.

  6. I am riding from Theodore to the PMC building on National Circuit. Easy ride of about 20.4km. I try and do something longer and harder on the way home.

Wow! They've named a Canberra suburb after me. :-)
