Took the shortest and one of the most challenging walks of my life on Monday night in Brighton. As part of a corporate conference / charity event I took part in a Firewalk. It took place on the beach in Brighton just as the sun was setting. The coals were glowing at well over BBQ temp and off we went. 400 of us walked the walk and raised £1875 for the National Autistic Society by doing so. ( rose to over £18,000 by the end of the whole event !

I agree whole heartedly with the sentiments and it did take a while to get used to the idea, it is amazing the effect of peer pressure when 400 others are cheering you on though !
