Right! However, having these expectations is hardly enough to make it so. Now, if it were possible to win consistently, or nearly so, we would definitely need a strategy to beat normal reality at the roulette table.

Thing is, every new spin is random. You're just as likely to get the same number next spin as any other. It cannot be predicted.

You just have to hide it better down there. You can't go from $10 to $200 the next hand. I've counted in Vegas and the best I've done is $1100 in 3 hrs. But then again, the worst I've done is $300 in 1 hour.

Huh? Then what do you mean by "counting"?
If you don't bet low to stay in the game, and greatly increase your bet when the count indicates the odds are in your favor, you're doing a "counting" system I'm not familiar with.

What are you saying? The wheel doesn't remember what it did last time and try to make an effort to even things out?
