how do you make your vids such god quality but like 4 megs?

i use divx and i can only get it down to 12 before u cant even see what
im doing

riding and editing.

setting the bar and maintaining the bar is hard to do.

U2 is hard to beat in any case. im at least keeping up the skill levels,
and an attempt at raising the bar in terms of street.

ill let you judge when it comes out.

He cut the frame rate down to about 9 fps. Fewer frames to encode means
a smaller file size.

Two ways to shrink the file size are to cut the frame rate and/or cut
the resolution. Instead of making the video 640x480 you make it 320x240
or some other size that is less than 640x480. Instead of making it 30
fps you make it 15 fps.

If you try to compress the video too much you get blocky video or blurry
video. You can only compress it so far until the compression artifacts
get too noticeable. To avoid that problem you cut the frame rate or cut
the resolution to get the file size down.

then i have to import it into wmm2 and then export into .wmv with
however file size you want...

i dont think the frame rate is dropped in this trailer.

i know its 640x480 and about 555kbps, but maintained frame rate.

normal avi is 758x576 (i think) and about 3.5mbps so yeah.

anyways... im adding a little bit of muni. to break up the street
riding...
i think it will be better, and making the video longer. (all you street
fans can skip this section)

I hate it when theres always more stuff you can put in the video.

My error. I used 'AVIcodec' (http://avicodec.duby.info/) to check the
frame rate and that tool doesn't give correct numbers for WMV files.
WMV files can have a variable frame rate and AVIcodec doesn't take that
in to account. After looking at the video in Windows Media Encoder it
looks like it has an expected frame rate of 29 and an average frame rate
of about 22.

WM9 does a very good job of compression. It's probably one of the best
for getting a small file size with good visual quality.

The new Pinnacle Studio Plus lets you do multiple video layers, so you
can do your own green screen or picture in picture, stuff like that.
