Having a huge problem with loose stools. The minute I add bread or
cereal the problem clears up, but my body can't tolerate the carbs. What
low carb veggies are high in fiber?
TIA

Having a huge problem with loose stools.Fiber won't help loose stools much, but I finally had to start taking
just one Metamucil capsule with every meal. You may want to cut down the variety of your diet, then gradually add
foods back in until you find what is making your stools loose.--

some of the highest fibered veggies are: broccoli, cauliflower, spinach
with a lower carb count per the atkins website. Then they have artichokes
at6.5 grams of fiber per artichoke making its net carbs at 6.9. so be
careful, these are very high in carbs.good luck.

Thanks for the inut. I am going to replace the lettuce with spinach and
cross my fingers. If that doesn't work, I'll try the metamucil

Ground flax seeds work very well too. They also have the added benefit of
essential fatty acids.(Merry Darr) said:
