I've been on the South Beach diet Phase 1 for the past 2 weeks. Phase 1 is
mostly veggies and lean cuts of meat, extremely low carbs. The first week I
felt fine, but during the second week I've been feeling very tired. I
usually work out 3 or 4 days a week, but this week I could only muster up
one days workout. I have a fairly physical job and I've literally had to
talk myself out of bed and into work every morning.
I've been reading how many of you have been feeling energized on a low carb
diet, but I feel the opposite. Anyone feel this way?
Also, I've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and getting ready to start Phase2 of my
diet which is not as strict (adding fruits and whole grains).

can do all sorts of weird stuff to you when you're going through carb
withdrawal. -
hmm...well that's helpful

Well, obviously I have to live with it and wait til it passes. I just
wondered if it was common to feel weak like that."Luna" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

You're welcome. And, like JC said, butching up is helpful. You just
have to live with it until it passes. Which it most likely will.In article <[email hidden]>,
