Just about anytime is the right time. That being said, I am usually out at the crack of dawn. Work, kids, etc...

  5. As of this summer, due to work, 1030 pm-1 am... Crazy I know, but it gets the job DONE!

Strong sun and I don't get along, so I aim for late in the day, like 5pm or so, at least in the summer. Plus, a bike ride after work is the best decompressor I know...
