  2. 2:45 on trek 1000

  3. i can do 2:20 on a Giant OCR 🙂

  4. 1:10 on my road bike.

but i dropped 700 feet in altitude.

on flat ground, just over 2 minutes for a mile.

  5. Is this from a standing start or starting on the fly???

  6. I don't know, but some people aren't that much slower than 3:35 in running a mile.

  7. I did it from a standing start and it was slightly up hill.

  8. about 50-secs...

    in my car :-)

  9. i can do a 4:35 on my feet. never actaully timed one on my bike. somewhere under 3 id imagine.

What bike are you riding? and where you going down hill?

  13. Just my schwin bike that I found in the basement. There was a slight downhill slope.

  14. slight downhill? That's almost 60 mph (~100 kph)...but you probably knew that.

  15. Yah I know. So maybe it was a little more than slight. More over close to 20 degree down slope for the first 3/4 of a mile and then about 10 degrees or so for the last quarter.

Yeah, I don't think I would have noticed that much either. 😄

  17. oh that explains it lol 😄

  18. about 2:15 on a flat course with a crosswind on a lemond tourmalet. of course that was while being chased by the pack.

  19. 2:17 about a year ago, but i was on a trainer and a better groupo than i have.
