Farewell, Lane Bryant...

That's wonderful (about not having to shop in Lane Bryant anymore)! Have
you ever tried Fashion Bug, if you have a store near you? I think their
prices are MUCH better than at LB. It's my favorite place to shop,
especially for the clearance racks. And they carry clothes for the fuller
figure, like LB.

My g/f says to tell you to shop at Lerner, they are the same clothing line,
only smaller sizes.

Have you tried Old Navy? They have a nice selection of work attire and I find
that it is very accomodating in the bust area. Good luck and congratulations on
not having to shop at Lane Bryant anymore!

I don't know if I have posted this before, but this English company does
international mail order for well endowed ladies. They have started making
shirts and tops to fit fuller breasts just this year (the sizes come in 3
versions: Curvy, Really Curvy, Super Curvy). I don't know about your budget,
but I think the price is rather steep (approx US$70 each). You might want to
take a look for curiousity sake:

Other than this, UK shops are pretty much just as [censored] as shops anywhere else in
providing tops that fit women with big breasts. I was looking at Marks and
Spencer's sizing chart on the web the other day and with some rough
calculations, I worked out that the tops they're selling would only fit up to a
C cup. It makes no sense at all especially that they have a special line of
bras for DD to G cups - they copy the cutting from another bra manufacturer
Fantasie which makes great bras, but that's another story.

No, I haven't. The fault I find with them is that the clothes look way better
on photos than in real life. Next time I go in there I might give it a go, try

Fair point. I used to buy all my bras from M&S, I'm not going back since I've
discovered Freya. What's your favourite brand then??? Or do you get a
professionally personalised bra that costs £400 like the one described in last
issue of UK Vogue?

Another thing that M&S bugs me big time is that even the models on the pictures
they use for their packaging / online catalogue aren't wearing bras that fit them.
