  1. All we need now is for someone with a decent camera[1] and/or photoshop
to turn the best of these into a decent image. As predicted to Tom it
did take 20-30 mins to do the shoot. Rachel and Roos went round and
round in circles till we had enough shots that looked passable bagged.
These are unadjusted, straight off the camera, just resized,

As you can see, direct flash didn't work well - the pedals/reflectors
killed it and the possibilities for indirect flash weren't.

The strange pink one was a few experiments to try to get motion blur.
To block enough light I had to stack a pile of grey grad filters.

What is your intention here? I am reasonably adept at Photoshoppery.

Pity, as that was my favourite photo - both riders the same size and a
    particularly good smile.

Was fairly easy to get rid of the reflecty bits - 10 minutes mucking about
produced this, but 20 minutes work would do the job properly:

Monitor is on it's way out so not sure what it'll look like on yours.

    Mark.

Looks great and scrubs up nice. If you could airbrush out Rachel's
black eye... Email me direct and I'll send you the set of full res pics
to tidy up. I can do shutter speed and composition but have a lot to
    learn about the digital darkroom.

You'll need to replace junk with my first name or it just goes in the
    bin at the server.

Heh, so do I. Tomorrow am off to spend a week or so being prodded and
poked by nurses, so can't do them unless you can wait until Saturday.

Phil did say he's reasonably adept[1] at photoshop so if he doesn't mind
    I volunteer him ;-)

Having said that if you can wait I'm very happy to do them.

    Mark.

[1] I'm guessing he means "a bit of whizz".
