  1. I am *generally* against the posting of FA/FSs here, because there's no one to police it. I don't
mind if regulars do it, even though I'm not really a regular myself (since I've never met any of you
in real life, and you guys like to ride together, call each other by real names and such). Since
there's no way to police it, it's better to just nip it.

However, what about solicitation of parts? For example, I need some Avid brake levers and a rear
Shimano nine-speed thumbshifter (both in working condition). Should "parts wanted" posts be allowed?

Chris notice how I sneaked that PW in there 🙂

Definitely not, no way you should try to buy my Avid levers off me ($29.99 tel #367-434-8826).

You haven't been paying attention, Chris. We can't stop the posting of ads, especially from those
who don't know or care about any agreement we have about not posting them.

I just can't fathom this NG sometimes. Sometimes it's "posts like that aren't welcome here" and
other times it's "it's an alt group and I can say what I like". Hypocrisy stalks the land....

Only one, which seemed a bit odd as I'm now 28. I don't think anymore would fit on the biscuit it
was stuck on, but it did come with a cup of tea and chimed "happy birthday" ...
