About the same... on a good week. I ride up to 25 hrs week. On a bad week, around 10 hrs.
-
12 - 15hours - 2 golden rules: it's not quantity it's quality.....and - train for what you race.....ie don't do 4 days of 5 hr rides to prepare for a 1hr criterium....

I would like to think I train smart not a lot. However when the odd occasion comes for me to incorporate a lot of L2-L3 work I can ride 700-800km's a week. I might do this 4-5 weeks a year this year.
On Average I only train 12-15 hours a week on my roadie. Rest weeks I maybe only ride 8-10 hours a week. I dont count MTB riding as its more for commuting, fun. 12-15 hours is more than enough for an under 19's rider with goals not just for the bike. I have to study for my HSC, work casually and of course have a life! 😉 .
As BG said you have to train for your event and do quality/ smart training. No point hitting your peak in decemeber doing 4 hours of FTP a week. Also no point doing 25 hours a week L2 in the middle of your race season if your a crit rider or something! -
My maximum week has been 14 hours 13 minutes.
Average is just under 8 hours, since I strted riding a road bike.
Since I actually started 'training' in a structured manner the average is 8 hours 45minutes. I'm time poor, so it is definitely a quality not quantity thing for me.

My average is 4hr and that includes the race on the weekend and you think your time poor. 🙄
Family and work first then training if I'm lucky. But my races are only 1 to 2hr so I can get away with that plus 15y of racing prior.😉( good to hear for you parawolf hows the Knee?)

Off season - maybe 10 hrs. Upwards to 20 hours in peak season.
But that includes cross training too. Bike only might be 6 hrs off season upwards to 14 hrs peak season.
