Ever had spaghetti pizza?

I've never seen it, but I can almost imagine it being good. You can
put damned near anything on a pizza. One of my favorites is pears,
prosciutto and gorgonzola.

We had some pasta with pesto left over a couple of weeks ago, and I
just put it in a quiche with a little French Feta. It was fantastic. I
don't know how well spaghetti with red sauce would work in that
situation.

It's a first for me, but doesn't sound all that far-fetched. I'd put garlic
in the crust, though. It's like spaghetti served with a side of bread. I
like the idea.

Yes, I have seen it in a few pizza places here in the Philly area, but
considering how loaded with fat and carbs it is, I never tried it.

Yeah, that was one of the things the guys and I would "eat for sport"
back in our early 20's when we couldn't gain weight if we tried.

I definitely can't go near the stuff now.
