You are a typical 20lbs overweight (not obese) westerner. You have adopted a 'balanced' eucaloric diet including whole grains, fruits and veggies. You are moderately insulin resistant (metabolic syndrome). You are walking 5 miles 3 times per week.
Q1 How do you know when you are maintaining a eucaloric diet? Clue: your weight has to remain stable. Q2 How long will it take to get your weight into the normal range? Q3 What part of Europe do them Eucalories come from? Q4 Are they approved under the proposed European CODEX? Q5 Can they be imported legally without a prescription according to the FDA?

I didn't see anyone take it anyway except me, to whom it was directed.
