ESGE Twin Kickstand

The legs on my ESGE measure 14.25" from the bottom of the
chain stays to the ground. The bottom of the chain stays is
~13.5" off the ground.

Yes. I have a new (untrimmed) one here and the height to the
top of the mounting boss is approx. 310mm.

Yes they are. Numbered markings also allow you to cut both
legs equally. I'll assume that Cletus has an uncut
kickstand in hand.

I guess I'll need to purchase one before I firm up my
adapter plans. I probably would have done that anyway. I was
just curious about how long the adapter would need to be to
make it work (and if it would be feasible)... and at least I
have the approximate distance it would have to reach.

Actually, my (all?) EGSE twin has mm marks on the legs. the
last mark is 310mm and this is 10mm from the tip of the leg.
I think this mark measures the distance from the pivot
point. The pivot point is approximately 2" (~50mm) below the
bottom of the chain stays (which is the measurement point I
reported previously) This 320mm + 50mm is very close to the
14.25" (362mm) I measured earlier.

Mine is only marked up to 290mm (flush with the bottom of
the leg), while Cletus' is marked to 310 + 10, so maybe
there are different lengths.

Thanks again to both of you. I totally trusted that both of
you were reporting accurately, so it will be important to
have a kickstand in hand before I determine the appropriate
length of my adapter.

I have two. both are stamped to 320mm (The 320 mark is
clearly readable on the second). I don't think there are
different lengths. More likely yours has been trimmed 30mm
or well used :-).

I can assure you that this is brand new out of the box,
never used. I bought it to fit to our triplet, but it fouled
the rear mech cables so I need to do some tweaking before I
can use it.

They are definitely available in two lengths. I bought one
recently for the Dutch Speedbike and specified the longer
one. I still needed a wooden block bewteen the stand and the
frame to make it work in the way I intended.
