the agency from enforcement action against the companies.

Company President Bruce Hough said the decision is about "protecting
the public's access to safe and effective dietary supplements."

It had little or nothing to do with their deaths.

They blamed the death of Corey Stringer on
Ephedra, even though he died of a severe asthma
attack and Ephedra/Ephedrine is a bronchodilator.

was not able to link it to "155" deaths which is an invented number by
the FDA more or less.

catabolism/maintain LBM while dieting

as of the 14th, a federal judge has OVERRULED the FDA and disposed of the
ban

the petitioner was the company Nutraceuticals (NUTR)

i'd be very interested in a study of some Supp. play specifically from
companies that HAD a big part of the EC (and ECA) stack market, to include
the makers of Hydroxycut (muscletech) and other supp companies that could
benefit from this ruling

The word "ephedra" appeared in a newspaper article that also mentioned
one of those deaths.

If they had any proof or evidence of _causation_ they would have said
so.
