hi how much cardio per week is enough for me to get a 6 pack and not lose
much muscle mass?
im currently diong about 2 hours a week of meduim intensity cycling

really going to depend on your caloric intake......

fat. To lose fat while keeping muscle I believe you need two tricks
OTHER than cardio: some sort of low-carb diet (like PSMF) while lifting
heavy. In other words, I don't think you need ANY cardio if your only
goal is to have a six pack.Of course, if you also have the goal of having a healthy heart, half an
hour each day five or six times a day is a good plan.Dally
