Can someone explain how to calculate instantaneous power and energy used in cycling? Neglecting
wind, slope, stopping & starting. For example : I ride 12350m to work in 40 minutes. I weigh 70kg,
and the bike is about 15kg. Road is mostly flat. Its been a long time since high school physics.
