emergency: my legs are shot to hell

  1. Took a couple days off and tried running today. my legs were really
    sore to run on. after 5kms the pain was still there. my shins are sore
    to the touch. I guess the hiking or something was too much. The only
    reason i ran was that the park gate was going to be locked. at least
    im not injured . my lower legs are just irritted and tired. i dont
    really understand it.

    Me too! I'm used to doing it at least twice a day, so after two days
    off my balls look like basketballs.

    touch. my hike was too much. did too much recently, i guess.

    Does that tell you anything about your hiking?

    Maybe there is an organic problem,or extensive fasciitis (not just plantar fascia).

    You damage yourself by too much.
