Something like 'this' (http://www.bicyclinghub.com/sacxbibshprc.html)
underneath something like 'this' (http://tinyurl.com/ypoo9x) works the
best for me. The outer shorts protect the inner shorts from seat
abrasion, making them last much, much longer.
