I quite liked the water balloon fun[1] at the same site - the range and
accuracy was impressive, and it does lend itself to enforcing no fouling
laws on foot and cycle paths.

The trick is to have your right hand under the fold made when you
bring your left hand over the top, then with your left hand hold the
bottom of the T-shirt.
