I submit that on or about Wed, 28 Sep 2005 06:16:22 GMT, the person known to the court as [email hidden] made a statement (<[email hidden]> in Your Honour's bundle) to the following effect:

Definitely. If you report it to ebay it'll disappear in a couple of hours.
I did (when I first saw it), it didn't.
I would *never* bid on anything that wasn't up-front about things like shipping / postage.
I reckon it's Razor Eddie offloading some stuff for Turtle.
Having said that the last item was sold "from" France.
Having thrashed out the 'fact' that the listings are probably fraudulent ones, did anyone report them to Ebay?
I've reported several very dodgy sales, Zero rated bidder, stock photo, email bidder for payment options,fFree shipping, etc to Ebay but they seems pretty slow at removing them so I've given up.
At the time of writing there are three Bianchi bikes listed by the same vendor with all these dubious characteristics.
Funny you should say that - but until I went to Switzerland recently and hired a bike, I didn't know that the brakes are the opposite way round to here in the UK as one of our party found out the hard way.
Nor do some continental motorcyclists and scooter riders when they get on a bike for the first time. I think "wrong way round" is probably better.

Yup. And as reported by others, to no avail!
The fact that their reporting system doesn't allow the inclusion of extra information doesn't fill me with confidence. I don't want some muppet at eBay having to evaulate from scratch when certain "pointers" could be offered.

It's always a well-known name bike too. Vernon's occasionally bought stuff from e-bay but always makes a point of meeting vendor with item to pay cash. There was one item he bid for which he won, but when got in contact with vendor to make arrangements to go to collect bike & make payment, all of a sudden vendor knew nothing about this ebay sale.
