I don't. If I am in bed it is 5 am. If I am slumped in front of the

After handing in my degree dissertation, I woke up just in time for
the Archers. However, when I turned on the radio I found I was
listening to the Today programme.

Day of week, date, 24hr or AM/PM, and not only always correct but
changes itself backwards and forwards for summer and winter time. It's
an Oregon Scientific radio-controlled clock. There are lots of models
with similar features from many manufacturers, often these days for
less than ten quid.

Just in case some of the radio clocks in my house use the British time
signal, and some the German. You can't be too careful with such a
precious commodity as time :-)
