I'm considering getting back into lifting after a long layoff. Am
shopping for weights. Will probably get Olympic for the longer
stronger bar. However, I notice all the Olympic sets I see do not
include dumbell bars. The holes in the olympic plates are bigger than
the ones in the regular. So here is the dumb question: Do there exist
dumbell bars for Olympic plates?
THANKS!!!!
regards,
eric pearson

[email hidden]Yes, of course they have olympic dumbells.
But they are big and bulky. I think they are only good for certain motions.
I think that the regular dumbells are much better. They are smaller, more
compact and are just easier to use.
