Don't think so, and no idea. I'm in Holland and don't know anything
about satellite tv. 95% of Dutch households have cable. All cable
networks carry Flemish public tv, that's how I get to see cyclocross
(but no Superprestige, that's on VTM, a Flemish commercial station).

to watch both public and commercial Belgian channels....you should try

Tip: RAI Sport Satellite also broadcasts the major part of the races
(FTA), although not everytime live.(HOTBIRD satellite)

I don't actually have a satellite system myself, merely getting
whatever my ISP, Free.fr provides as part of my ADSL subscription

There are hundreds of channels ranging from Chechnya to China, but many
of them are uninteresting, at least to me

I'm still trying to identify most of the channels since I only had the
facility for a week or so, but I do get most of the national channels
from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and
Portugal and was hoping to get most of the major road racing covered
without having to pay for a package that includes Eurosport.

ESPN Classique is not bad with 2 hours coverage on both Saturday and
Sunday and odd spots during the week, but it is all retro stuff -
Merckx/Ocana, Moser/Sarroni and some vintage Longo etc., etc.

As I mentioned before,I just got this setup and it will take some time
to sort the programmes out

Unfortunately the channel guide that displays on the TV screen is
arranged only in rudimentary order so that all of one country's
channels are not necessarily listed consecutively, nor are the
channels listed in alphabetical order
