That's a good point. We probably shouldn't be using olive oil, but eating
olives instead. Same with shelled nuts and coffee. Now, cooked meat is a
bit different....as you point out that charred meat would have been tasty.
I see fruit juice as particularly bad, though, as it is simply flavored
sugar water. Some thing are just less bad than others. Not everything that
results from technology is bad.
