Have you seen the manual by Bob Smith and Henryk Lakomy on land conditioning for swimmers. It is excellent. It gives you all the relevant exercises and how and when to do them. You can look at it on the White Dolphin Technology website.

I have read several things on the internet and books about dry land exercises and have two questions:
1--How often should you incorporate dry land exercises into a practice?
2--What exercises and stretches do you guys use for dry land and staying shoulder-healthy?
Have you seen the manual of strength and conditioning for swimming writen by Bob Smith on the White Dolphin Technology website, which gives a clear explanation of exercises and when and how to do them.
I see that - It look sgreat but I was hoping for something I didn't have to purchase.
Thanks.
