Drinking is how you got stupid in the first place.
Or is it that you drink because you were stupid in the first place?

You don't really need to point that out. It's obvious to most people.

I still drink. I have completely cut out regular beer, and now just
drink light beer, usually "Michelob Ultra" (2.5 grams of carbs per
bottle). Hasn't seemed to slow down my weight loss at all.
Check out http://www.lcbartender.com for more tips if you're

I stopped drinking beer altogether, and I'm still soft and flabby anyway.

I've lost 22 pounds since late April. Once I start bulking, I'll be
the first to let everyone know.

Yeah, but you're cute. (No, I'm not flirting, just stating a

1, 2, 3...98, 99, 100. Done!
I like wine on my days off, work all day 12-16 hours in my restaurant- I
can control the eating, quit smoking started running- but I like to drink.
Think I will just have to bite the bullet and stop.

What is it you like about drinking? The taste? Getting a little buzzed?
Or getting flat out drunk? If you just like the taste and/or getting a
slight buzz, you can probably do that every once in a while with
low-carb or carb-free choices. I used to have two Michelob Ultras once
a week back when I started, and I was still losing weight quickly. I
also found that two beers over the course of a four hour evening out was
plenty, since low-carb has a "cheap date" effect for many, and I was
among that many. If you like to drink so much that you can't limit it,
then you probably should stop.
For what?
