  1. I'm not sure if anyone broke the news here yet, but Doug Freese passed
    away over the weekend in an ultra. I guess poor 'ol Dougs ancient body
    just couldn't take the stress any longer. That blistering 19 minutes
    per mile pace was just too much for him.
    RIP Doug, we'll run a mile for you, 'ol Doogie you....

    Very true I did pass away but St. Pete sent me back cuz I was saintly
    and then made me a Saint and told me to ride herd on r.r's resident
    dork.
