I looked at my USPS kit the other day and said to myself, "this is
sooooo yesterday", so I decided to get rid of it. Thought about giving the
Jersey to a friend, but I thought the faster the USPS kit is phased out of
the local peloton, the better. Went down to the Salvation Army store, to
donate the whole kit there. The woman looked at the jersey and shorts and
said, "halloween costume?" and I softly mumbled, " ....for ...a ..bike
rider." She said, "I didn't hear you", so I replied loudly, "YEA, it's a
mailman halloween costume, " and stormed out the door.

Are you now wearing your Stone Cold Steve Austin suit around town? -
I was walking through the park near me and some goobers on very
high-end bikes were riding by in a load of Assos clothing and proteam
clothing, and one of them was saying how he was disappointed he didn't
have any "Postalwear." He said it twice and it sounded like a single
word that should be in the dictionary, like "menswear" or even
"leisurewear." WTF?JT

Louis Garneau has that cool lime green Leisure suit color stuff. That might
work for them. I'd bet they'd get off on their French designer cycling gear.
