Doesn't Team Tinkoff know that riders like Hamilton are pack-ill without
    EPO and transfusions?

And doesn't the UCI know that Hamilton only cares about the Tour de
France and not any Pro Tour nonsense.

    Thanks,

    Magilla

I think Hamilton's first good result in a Tour of France TT (2nd or
3rd way back in the day) was without EPO or transfusions.

Second-hand from a guy on his team at the time, who thinks he was
    doping later.

I'd say he started doping severely in 2003 based on his TDF
    performance
