| Not Allways Avoidable

| A local path goes through 2 cow fields,
|
| I went through it a couple of years back after walking up the beach.
|
| I got through the first field of cows with them standing right next to me
| and staring at me (scary as hell), but by the second field of cows they just
| came straight at me (slowly) so I got over the fence (top of a 10m drop to
| the beach :-S)
From your description they were just curious. Had you made like a bigger
stronger cow, they would have been no problem. Had you waved a sick at
them, and shouted at them you could have driven them wherever you wanted,
at least off the path. Drive them slowly or they will clap on your boots.
On my afternoon stroll the damn things congregate on the path. I walk
straight at them, with a stick horizontal in my right hand, because I want
them to go left. They always move :-)
