A local club is voting on their jersey design for next year and the design below was one of the entries. Does anyone else think this bares a resemblance to another jersey roadies may be familiar with, or it is just me?

I don't think it resembles any jersey in particular.

Other than the red, white and blue color scheme layout, the collar and sleeve stripes, the elements of the American flag and the words "New York"...no.
Needs moar Empire State Building complete city skyline and Statue Of Liberty to be completely original.

Actually, once you get north of Beacon and Newburgh, the people are decidedly normal. Boringly so. Upstate is a different world. Great riding, too. NY has a vast network of bike routes upstate. Just stay off US 9 and 9W.
