I looked at the mens roster list:

According to this most of these guys are still (were?) Cat 2's!!!
At least I can say that the large majority of our Elite team members are 1's

What is the most significant differences, in your opinion between Cat 1, 2
and 3 if you had to offer a range of abilities? Say speed, length of race,
bike handling at speed...that kind of thing...
